Refund failed staking transactions

A small number of users were affected by a UI bug that underestimated the amount of gas required for a staking transaction. As a result, these transactions failed with Out of Gas and each one cost the sender about $50 in ETH.

It makes sense to compensate these users.

A list of failed transactions against the staking contract can be found here: https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0x0f346e19f01471c02485df1758cfd3d624e399b4&f=1

Hello, thanks for reporting. However we didn’t find any bug from the UI. Metamask set the gas limit based on the gas estimation and sometimes it’s too low which makes the tx failed. I suggest you can increase the gas limit to avoid this.

How do we apply for a refund. My transaction shows “PERP Approve” and the gas fee has been charged but the staking shows nothing has been staked.
